Voted in favor of:
The Grade Separation Feasibility Study with BKF Engineers for the Marina Bay and Parchester Village areas. Motion by Councilmember Bates, seconded by Councilmember Marquez, to proceed with the Meade Bypass solution for the Marina Bay. Motion passed

A motion was made by Councilmember Butt, seconded by Councilmember McLaughlin to determine the funding for the underpass and overpass at Marina Bay Parkway, and the Atlas Road solution in the northern part of Richmond, and then go back to the communities to see what their preference is based on. Motion passed
